Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

Estimated Delivery Date

The estimated delivery date refers to the expected arrival time of your order. In most cases, this date is determined by combining three elements: the processing time of the items you ordered (which is the time our team needs to create and prepare your items for shipment), the transit time (the usual duration the package stays in transit with the shipping carrier), and the current date.

Processing Time + Carrier Transit Time + 1 Day = Estimated Delivery Date

For instance: If the processing time of the item you purchased is 1–3 days, and the transit time of your chosen shipping method is usually 4–10 days, your estimated delivery date will be 5–13 days from today.

International Shipping

Delivery time varies by destination country, with specific timeframes as follows:

  • Delivery time to the US: 5–14 Days
  • Delivery time to the UK: 5–14 Days
  • Delivery time to Europe: 5–14 Days
  • Delivery time to other countries (Canada, Mexico, etc.): 5–30 Days

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs depend on your shipping destination and the number of items you buy. You can select the quantity you want on the product page, and the shipping cost will update and display automatically on the page.

We provide free shipping (UPS Ground) for all domestic orders (U.S. only).

Can the Order Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?

We do not provide shipment to multiple addresses for one single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Will I Be Charged VAT Taxes?

Depending on the receiving country, your package may be subject to local customs or VAT charges. We suggest contacting your local customs office for more details about your country’s customs policies.

Shopping Tips

  • Please allow extra processing time for special orders and personalized products, as these are made specifically for you.
  • Shipping windows are only estimates, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed at all times. Please exclude weekends and holidays when calculating your expected delivery date.
  • Orders placed on weekends, during special promotions, or holidays may need additional processing time due to the increased order volume.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. We offer return and exchange services, and you please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If you want to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if you fail to contact us within 30 days.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. Refund processing takes 2 business days, and the refund amount will appear in your account within 3–5 business days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
